Princess Raufa's Most Beloved Cat

The sun had just began to shine beautifully when a cute baby girl was born in the palace of the Aryanshah Kingdom. The king named her Princess Raufa. The name Raufa was derived from the word Ra’uf, meaning merciful. Princess Raufa grew up to be a pretty girl. She loved to play with her cats. Unfortunately, because she’s so busy spending time with them, sometimes she forgot one important thing, which is playing with her friends.

One day, the king asked Princess Raufa to go on a vacation at one of his castles.

“Take a vacation at our castle in the Pine Valley. The place is so wonderful. You can ask your cousins, Sultan and Saras, to come along with you.” said the King.

“But, I want to bring Snowy, my most beloved cat.” Said Princess Raufa.

The following day, Princess Raufa went to the castle in the Pine Valley. Sultan and Saras came along with her. Princess Raufa seldom talked with her cousins.

“Snowy, look, it’s so beautiful outside.” Princess Raufa kept talking to her beloved cat.

“Meow..” Snow answered.

After a long journey by the golden carriage, they finally arrived at the beautiful castle in the Pine Valley. Close to the castle there was a pretty and clean village.

“It must be enjoyable to play with the children of the village.” Said Saras.

“Yes, you should go. I am going to play with Snowy in my room.” Said Princess Raufa.

Because the journey was very tiring, after Dzhur prayer and having lunch, Princess Raufa fell soundly asleep. When she woke up, she was worried because she could not find Snowy around.

“Where is Snowy?” Princess Raufa wondered.

She immediately asked the maids. But no one saw the cat. Then, Princess Raufa looked for Sultan and Saras who were playing in the yard.

“Did you see Snowy? It’s not in my room.” Asked Princess Raufa.

“No, we did not. Maybe it ran away!” Sultan predicated.

“Oh dear, poor Snowy. It will be lost if indeed it ran away.” Princess Raufa looked sad.

“What if we ask the villagers?” Saras suggested.

They agreed with Saras’s suggestion.

The three of them visited the village. It seemed that many children were in their age. Their names were Neubrina, Tiar, Aga, Kamal, Hadi, Zidan, and many more. They varied in their behaviours as well. One was a funny, another one was coward, and another one was prone to imitating what other people said.

It was already dusk, but no one had found Snowy.

“Let’s get ready to perform the Maghrib prayer. Afterwards we’ll help you to find the cat.” Neubrina promised.

The other children also made the same promise. Princess Raufa, Sultan, and Saras returned to the castle.

“Meow..”

Suddenly, the heard Snowy’s voice when Princess Raufa entered her room. Oh dear, it seemed that Snowy had been sleeping under the bed. Sultan and Saras were also happy.

“So, we don’t have to go back to the village.” Said Sultan.

“It’s full moon, right? I want to play with the villagers in the evening. It must be fun to play with them.” said Princess Raufa.

Sultan and Saras were thankful because Princess Raufa did not want to play only with her cat. The hoped that in the future Princess Raufa loved not only her cat, but also the people of the kingdom.

Daily Activity

I want to tell you about my daily activity from I wake up until I go to bed again. First, I always set an alarm on 5 o’clock to wake me up for pray Subuh. After that, I go to sleep again for a while. Maybe I sleep in 30 minutes and I go to bathroom to take a shower. Almost everyday I have a schedule on campus in the morning so I prepare for that. I go to campus by the train from Manggarai Station to Pondok Cina Station. And from Pondok Cina Station my boyfriend picked me up to campus at Gunadarma University. I spend my time in campus because the schedule or some tasks. So I lunch, pray Dzuhur and Ashar in there. After campus schedule, my boyfriend picked me up again to Universitas Indonesia Station or if I feel tired, he picked me up to my home. When I arrive at home, I take a shower directly, pray Maghrib, and dinner. When I’m at home and do nothing, I just play my handphone to check instagram, path, line, whatsapp, or online shop to disappear my boredom. Beside that, I play with my nieces to make my mood to be a good mood because they are so cute and adorable, but they have different peronality. They always fight each other, but in the end they will love each other. It makes me happy to see them. And the last, I go back to my bedroom. Before I go to sleep, I brush my teeth, clean my face and pray Isya.

PENDAHULUAN

1.1  Latar Belakang

Dalam perjalanannya, pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia masih  berada pada tahap perkembangan. Seiring dengan berjalannya pemerintahan, pengeluaran pemerintah atas kegiatan - kegiatan pemerintahan yang mencakup pengeluaran di bidang politik maupun di bidang ekonomi yang mana semuanya sudah di rencanakan dalam Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN).

Dalam mengelola sumber pendapatan dan pengeluaran pemerintah, pemerintah dalam hal ini melakukan kebijakan-kebijakan baik kebijakan di bidang moneter maupun kebijakan fiskal, yang mana kebijakan ini akan memberikan dampak yang berpengaruh besar terhadap pemerintah dalam menjalankan kegiatan di bidang perekonomian di Indonesia.

Disusunnya makalah ini bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa dan masyarakat pada umumnya dalam upaya mengetahui dan memperdalam pengetahuan di bidang perekonomian Indonesia khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan APBN dan kebijakan fiskal yang di jalankan oleh pemerintah Indonesia.

1.2  Rumusan Masalah

Di dalam makalah ini akan mengkaji beberapa pemasalahan yang berkaitan dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) dan kaitannya dengan kebijakan fiskal yang di jalankan oleh pemerintah antara lain :

PENUTUP

4.1 Kesimpulan

Dari uraian diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Kebijakan Fiskal adalah langkah-langkah pemerintah untuk membuat perubahan-perubahan dalam sistem pajak atau dalam perbelanjaannya dengan maksud untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ekonomi yang dihadapi.adapun tujuan dari dilakukannya kebijakan fiskal itu untuk :

1.      Untuk meningkatkan laju investasi

2.      Untuk mendorong investasi optimal secara social

3.      Untuk meningkatkan kesempatan kerja

4.      Untuk meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi ditengah ketidak stabilan internasional

5.      Untuk menanggulangi inflasi

6.      Untuk meningkatkan dan mendistribusikan pendapatan nasional

Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara atau APBN adalah rencana keuangan tahunan pemerintah negara yang disetujui oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR).yang di tetapkan setiap tahun dengan undang-undang dan diterapkan sacara terbuka dan bertanggung jawab demi untuk kemakmuran rakyat.

Hubungan erat antara kebijakan fiskal dan APBN dapat di tuliskan secara singkat  yaitu:

·         Bagaimana suatu kebijaksanaan fiskal diterjemahkan menjadi suatu APBN Artinya bagaimana kebijakan fiskal yang di tentukan oleh pemerintah yang berwenang di jadikan sebagai suatu anggaran atau pijakan pemerintah dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian di Indonesia.

·         Bagaimana APBN tersebut mempengaruhi perekonomian.  Untuk salan-jutnya APBN ini yang megatur atau mengarahkan kemana perekonomian itu akan di bawa,tentunya dengan pengawasan dari pihak-pihak pemerintah yang berwenang dan kompeten.

4.2 Saran

Menurut pandangan kelompok kami,dalam menjalankan perokonomian di indonesia, pemerintah hendaknya mengambil kebijakan yang lebih memen-tingkan kepentingan rakyat dibandingkan kepentingan kelompok-kelompok tertentu. Dalam hal ini kaitannya dengan kebijakan fiskal dan APBN, kebijakan fiskal yang di ambil pemerintah  harusnya lebih mengedepankan anggaran-anggaran yang lebih pro rakyat,misalkan anggarang di bidang pendidikan, pemerintah harus melaksanakan dan mengawasi pelaksanan tersebut khususnya untuk daerah terpencil dan kepulauan di karenakan di daerah terpencil atau kepulauan yang mana dengan fasilitas yang kurang lengkap dan tenaga atau SDM pengajar yang terbatas. APBN yang sudah ditentukan hendaknya dipertanggung jawabkan oleh pemerintah dengan melaksanakannya dengan transparan antar instansi terkait guna memperbaiki kinerja pemerintahan yang akhir-akhir ini tidak mementingkan kemakmuran rakyat
